BAATIN THE SLUMLORD
from Slum Village with...
DJ DOPEY
2003 DMC World Champion

As one third of the now legendary Slum Village, Baatin showed the world what he is now famous for on legendary albums Fantastic Voyage 2, and Trinity. With Slum Village, Baatin collaborated with true legends: Q-Tip, ?uestlove, Pete Rock, Jazzy Jeff, Black Star, Busta Rhymes and D'Angelo. Baatin has since left the group and is in the process of recording a solo album with collaborators Jay Dee and Kareem Riggins, amongst others. Be prepared for new Baatin material and classic Detroit flava. He says he has some tricks up his sleeve for T.O.!!!

Is there any introduction really necessary? If so, you've been sleeping under a rock for years. Dopey first took Canada by storm winning the Canadian DMC Championships in 2002, placing third at the World's in the same year. Canada is proud to to have a WORLD DMC CHAMPIONSHIP under our belt courtesy of DJ Dopey in 2003. He is now the proud owner of the coveted GOLD turntables, joining the ranks of Roc Raider, A-Trak, DJ Craze, and others. Dopey has officially made Canada proud.
