Hoo boy. Another Cash Money release. Well, at least there's not cheesy Pen & Pixel artwork this time, maybe it bodes well for the album. Here goes.

Well, production is once again all left to Mannie Fresh. There's no doubt that he comes with some hot beats and this album is no exception. Mannie actually keeps his beats from being monotonous by changing them up all the time. Unfortunately, beats like "Jump Jiggy" or "Act A Ass" are ruined by lackluster lyrics.

Wayne is probably the most gifted lyricist in the Cash Money family. Of course, this is much like being the best looking person in Medusa's family, but he actually impresses on a couple of tracks here. His subject matter remains fairly limited though, and the hooks repetitive. Then he lets the Big Tymers "rhyme" (and I'm using the term VERY liberally here) and everything goes downhill from there. Juvenile, B.G. and Turk, the other Hot Boys are equally unimportant, sticking to unorginal bling blinging.

There is some quite impressive material here, such as "Get Off the Corner," "Fuck Wit Me Now," "Realized," Then there's unmitigated shit like "Everything," "Break Me Off," "Shine" which reminds you who you're listening to.

This is a Cash Money album that may actually get played after I have to review it. Still, I wouldn't pay money for it, and I wouldn't encourage anyone else to either. This is some club shit that'll be played out even before the next Cash Money album comes out next week.
