RATHER THAN USING AN EXACT RATING SYSTEM (i.e. MICS, # RATING, @, ETC...), WE WILL USE A GENERAL SYSTEM THAT TELLS YOU STRAIGHT UP THE QUALITY OF THE SINGLE OR ALBUM. THIS WILL SAVE YOU A TRIP TO THE RECORD STORE TO PICK UP A WEAK ALBUM...OR WARN YOU TO GO TAKE A LISTEN TO YOUR FRIENDS CD OR CHECK THE NET SOUND BITS BEFORE YOU GO OUT AND SPEND THOSE HARD EARNED ENDS. THIS SYSTEM USES 6 CATEGORIES.

RUN
Hot shit. Buy it, borrow it, steal it...just GET IT...NOW!

BOOGIE
A party track/album with little in terms of lyrics or quality.

SLIDE
A good solid track/album all around that may not be outstanding, but worth the $. Something to get within a few weeks or WHEN you decide that your OSAP will run out with only 2 weeks left in the term, rather than in a month.

SHUFFLE
An average track/album, that has it's good qualities and bad. ie. good production, so-so lyrics, decent delivery.

CRAWL
One of those tracks, we all know so well that are good at first listen but die off pretty quickly. Potential, but just doesn't cut it.

COLLAPSE
A BAD track/album...something like a day old Whopper warmed up in the microwave...save your dough.
